One address, read by Ihor Bezrukavnyk. There is no form on this page and no ticket queue behind it — the site is static, so there is nothing here to post to and nothing collecting what you would have typed.

support@overtally.comAnything about the site or the app. A reply usually takes a day or two; a confirmed correction to a rule page ships the same week.
This is the most valuable message this address receives. A rule that is quietly out of date does more damage than a broken page, because it still computes and the number still looks right. Four things make the fix a matter of minutes.
The state or province, and the page address if you have it open.
“The page says 40 hours, Ontario is 44” is enough to act on. So is a multiplier, an effective date or a citation label.
This is the part that decides how fast it moves. Secondary sources — payroll blogs, comparison tables, an HR newsletter — cannot change a page here, because they are where wrong numbers come from in the first place.
Thresholds carry effective dates. A page can be right for last month and wrong for this one, and knowing which tells me whether anything else in the dataset moved with it.
what happens next
The source gets read, the page gets corrected within the same week, its reviewed date moves, and you get a reply saying what changed. If the page turns out to have been right, the reply carries the source it was built from and the reasoning, so you can judge it yourself. Either way the message is answered — a rules table nobody can challenge is not a rules table anyone should trust.
The sourcing standard those corrections are held to is written out on how we calculate.
Include the device, its OS version and the app version from the Settings screen. If a week computed wrong, a screenshot of that week is worth more than a description of it — the hours, the rate and the jurisdiction together are usually enough to reproduce the result exactly and find where it diverged.
I am not a lawyer and cannot advise on a specific employer or a specific shortfall. Every rule page cites its statute and links the agency that administers it — that is where those questions go.
Exempt status turns on duties and salary tests. No email can settle it, and a confident answer from me would be worth nothing.
Overtally is built for the person checking their own money against their own stub. It is not a payroll system and does not file, remit or record anything.
Overtally computes what you should be paid before taxes. It does not calculate take-home pay, withholding or deductions, and it is not legal advice — it is your own record and your own estimate.
